Stacey

We're building something quietly for families, schools and specialists.

It isn't ready to talk about yet. Leave your email and you'll be among the first to see it.

One email when we open, then only if you want more. Unsubscribe any time.

How we use your email

We only store your email address and the role you choose, so we can invite you to early access. We never sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we delete it on request. Email info@stacey.app or read our privacy policy.

You're on the list.

We'll email you when doors open. Until then, that's all we can say.

Privacy policy

Last updated 10 September 2026

This policy explains how Sister Sphere Ltd ("Stacey", "we", "us") uses your personal information when you visit this website or join our early access list.

Who we are

Sister Sphere Ltd is the controller of your personal information. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16358784. Registered office: 3 Redbridge Lane East, Ilford, England, IG4 5ER.

You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@stacey.app, or contact our Data Protection Officer directly at dpo@stacey.app.

What we collect

When you join early access, we collect:

We don't ask for any information about children on this website. Please don't include any in the form.

When you visit, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare keeps these security logs only for as long as needed for that purpose, in line with its own retention periods.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a small, strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated traffic; it isn't used to track you. If we ever add analytics or other optional cookies, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.

The website uses fonts from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google says it uses this only to deliver the fonts.

How we use it, and why we're allowed to

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing info@stacey.app.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use trusted suppliers to run the service, and they can only use your information on our instructions: our email providers, Zoho and Resend, and our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Resend sends our emails, including the confirmation you receive when you join. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

International transfers

Cloudflare runs a global network, Resend is based in the United States, and Zoho may store data outside the UK, so your information may be processed in other countries. When that happens, we make sure it is protected by UK adequacy regulations, the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your early access details until 12 months after Stacey launches, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Security logs are handled as described under What we collect.

Your rights

You have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email info@stacey.app or our Data Protection Officer at dpo@stacey.app. We'll respond within one month, and there's usually no charge.

Children

This early access list is for adults: parents and carers, school staff and specialists. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or carer to sign up instead. When Stacey launches, it will have its own privacy information for families and young people.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell our Data Protection Officer first at dpo@stacey.app. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
